📌 Booking Policy

• Credit Card Required — A valid credit card is required for all appointments.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling — Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

• No-Shows — No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

• Late Arrivals — Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled. The full service price will still apply.

• Refunds & Repairs — All completed services are final and non-refundable. Service concerns must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) to be eligible for a complimentary repair, when appropriate.

• Seasonal Specials & Add-Ons — Seasonal Specials and Add-On services cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
