Appointments

Appointments may be booked online or by calling (860) 284-0555 during business hours.
Please note that we do not accept appointment requests via voicemail.

 

A credit card is required to secure all appointments.
Your card will only be charged upon completion of your service, or in the case of a late cancellation or no-show.

 

Before booking, we kindly ask that you review our policies below.

Running Late? 

We understand that delays happen. If you are running late, please call us.

 

Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service shortened

or rescheduled to avoid affecting other appointments.

 

If your service is shortened due to time, the full service price will still apply.

Cancellation & No-Show

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules, including online bookings.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

 

Appointments missed without notice, or changes made within 1 hour of the scheduled time,

are considered a no-show and will be charged in full.

 

If a payment attempt fails more than three times, future bookings may be restricted.

 

We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute changes impact both our schedule and other clients.

 

All services are non-refundable once completed.

Salon Environment

To maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you:

• Silence your phone or set it to vibrate
• Refrain from taking calls inside the salon
• Use earphones when watching videos
• Enjoy beverages only (food is not permitted)

• We aim to create a peaceful, spa-like experience for every guest.

We truly appreciate your cooperation and respect for our space and other guests.

Polish / Nail Chip

We cannot guarantee the longevity of polish, as results may vary depending on lifestyle and individual nail condition.

However, we are happy to repair any gel polish defects related to application within 72 hours of your service at no charge.
Please call to schedule a repair appointment.

​​​Private Parties

Our salon is available for private events based on availability.

Please email hello@fifthavenails.com with the following details:

 

• Preferred date and time
• Number of guests
• Services requested

 

We will respond with availability, policies, and pricing.

Group Appointments

For group bookings, please email hello@fifthavenails.com

Groups of three or more require a credit card at booking, and a 20% gratuity will be added to all services.

Groups of more than five guests require a private salon booking.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for group cancellations or changes.

Cancellations, reschedules, or service changes within 24 hours will be charged the full service amount plus 20% gratuity.

 

If a guest arrives more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee their service.
Full charges, including gratuity, will still apply.

Gift Certificates

Gift cards are available for purchase in-salon or as online e-gift cards.

E-gift cards are delivered instantly and may be printed or presented digitally at the time of service.

 

Physical gift cards are cannot be tracked and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

 

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be reissued.

 

Gift cards may be used toward all services and retail products.

Payments

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Cash.

Gratuity is kindly appreciated in cash, if possible.
