Appointments

Appointments can be made online or by calling (860) 284-0555 during our regular business hours.

Please note that we do not accept appointment requests left via voicemail.

Before booking, we kindly ask that you review our policies below.

A credit card is required to hold all appointments.

Your card will only be charged upon completion of your services,
or in the case of a late cancellation or no-show.

Running Late? 

We understand that delays happen!
If you will be arriving late, please call us.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late,
we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid affecting other appointments.

If your service must be shortened due to time, the original service price will still apply.

Cancellation & No-Show!

All cancellations and reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice, including online bookings.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • Appointments missed without notice, or changes made within 1 hour of the scheduled start time, are considered a No-Show and will be charged in full.

  • If a payment attempt fails more than three times, future bookings may be restricted.

 

We appreciate your understanding.
Last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering that time to other clients,
and our technicians rely on those appointments.

All services are non-refundable once completed.

Salon Environment

To help maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you:

• Silence your cell phone or set it to vibrate upon entering the salon
• Refrain from taking phone calls inside the salon
• Use earphones when watching videos
• Enjoy drinks or coffee only, as food is not permitted in the salon

We truly appreciate your cooperation and respect for our space and other guests.

Polish / Nail Chip

Fifth Avenue Nails cannot guarantee how long polish will last,

as longevity may vary based on lifestyle and individual nail care.

However, we are happy to repair any gel polish defects related to color application

within 72 hours of your original service at no charge.
Please call us to schedule a repair appointment.

 

Private Parties

Our salon may be reserved for private parties.
Availability varies depending on the requested date and time.

Please email hello@fifthavenails.com with the following details:

• Date and time of your event
• Number of guests
• Services requested

 

We will respond with availability, policies, and rates.

Group Appointments

Please email us at hello@fifthavenails.com to inquire about group appointment availability.

Groups of three or more guests require a credit card at the time of booking,
and a 20% gratuity will be added to all services.

Parties of more than five guests are required to rent the salon space to accommodate their group.

Cancellations or reschedules for groups of three or more require 48 hours’ notice.

 

Cancellations, reschedules, or service downgrades made within 24 hours of the appointment
will be charged the full service amount plus 20% gratuity of the originally booked services.

 

If a group member arrives more than 10 minutes late,
we cannot guarantee their scheduled services.
Even if we are unable to perform the service due to lateness,
the full service cost, including the 20% gratuity, will still apply.

Gift Certificates

Gift cards may be purchased in person at the salon or as an online e-gift card.

 

Online e-gift cards are delivered directly to the recipient at the time of purchase

and may be printed and presented at the salon for redemption.

 

Please note that physical (paper) gift cards purchased in person are not trackable,
and therefore cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
We kindly ask for your understanding.

 

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be reissued.

 

Gift cards may be used toward all services and products.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash.

Gratuity is kindly requested in cash.
