Appointments

To make an appointment, please follow the link below, or call us at 860-284-0555 during our regular business hours. We do not accept appointment requests left via voicemail.

Before booking an appointment, please be sure to review our Cancellation Policy below.

 

 

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before appointments.

Late & Cancellation

Out of respect for our staff and other clients we require at least 24-hours notice for any appointment to be cancelled without a fee.​

All appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

Appointments that are missed without prior notification, or appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 2 hours of the scheduled start time, are considered to be a “No Show” and are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the regular service price.

If you are running late, please give us a call and inform us.

Should you be 10 or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment is forfeited.

Environment

To maintain a restorative environment at the salon, we ask that you please:

  • Turn off your cell phone while you are in the salon.

  • Please kindly refrain from speaking on your mobile phones and your ringers on vibrate.

  • Refrain from bringing food and beverages into the salon.

  • Clients will be asked to leave all personal items (with the exception of cellphones, keys, and wallet) in their cars during their appointments. 

Payments

We accept visa, master card, discover, american express and cash.
Please kindly provide all gratuity in cash.
